About the Role
We are looking for a RevOps Manager to join the Revenue Operations team at KnowBe4, a cybersecurity company that empowers organizations worldwide. In this role, you will implement business processes within the SMB & MidMarket segmentation of our Domestic Revenue departments and collaborate with revenue leadership to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement the rhythm of the business for the SMB & Mid-Market segment of our Domestic Revenue departments
- →Communicate and prepare documentation on revenue performance for the VP of Processes and Programs / VP RevOps
- →Design and document key business processes within the Revenue segmentation
- →Rapidly diagnose operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives
- →Collaborate with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes with revenue technology solutions
- →Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders
- →Design and compile all needed KPIs/data points through Excel and Slides
- →Engage SMB / MM Revenue leaders and sales representatives to identify training and development opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓MBA or Master's degree (preferred)
- ✓Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a SaaS company
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams
- ✓Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- ✓Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge
- ✓Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- ✓Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures
- ✓Ability to remove ambiguity and drive efficiency by creating documentation and new business processes
- ✓Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data
