About the Role

We are looking for a RevOps Manager to join the Revenue Operations team at KnowBe4. This role focuses on implementing business rhythms and processes within the SMB & Mid Market segmentation of our Domestic Revenue departments.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement the rhythm of the business for the SMB & Mid-Market segment of our Domestic Revenue departments
→Communicate and prepare documentation on revenue performance for the VP of Processes and Programs / VP RevOps
→Design and document key business processes within the Revenue segmentation
→Rapidly diagnose operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive higher revenue performance
→Collaborate with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes with revenue technology solutions
→Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders
→Design and compile all needed KPIs/data points through Excel and Slides
→Engage SMB / MM Revenue leaders and sales representatives to identify training and development opportunities

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
✓Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a SaaS company
✓Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams
✓Minimum 3 years of people management experience
✓Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge
✓Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce
✓Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures
✓Ability to remove ambiguity and drive efficiency by creating documentation and new business processes
✓Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data
