About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Search Analyst to support the execution and optimization of outcome-driven paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This hands-on role focuses on campaign production, performance analysis, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

→Support client accounts with an owner’s mindset across all paid search work
→Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
→Execute keyword research, ad copy testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
→Analyze campaign performance to generate clear insights and recommendations
→Maintain accurate task and time tracking while meeting delivery expectations
→Stay current on paid media platform updates and industry best practices

Requirements

✓2+ years of paid media or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
✓Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
✓Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals including keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure
✓Experience analyzing performance using Google Analytics or GA4
✓Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple accounts
✓Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
✓English level: C1 or C2 required
