About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join LatamCent and help us identify top engineering talent across Latin America for our U.S. SaaS clients. This role involves building pipelines for specialized technical roles and partnering with recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source top engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels
- →Build and maintain clean, well-documented pipelines in our ATS
- →Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies
- →Engage candidates with personalized outreach and pre-qualify them for technical and English fluency
- →Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve search techniques
- →Stay up-to-date on tech trends and where the best talent is located in LatAm
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (preferably focused on tech roles)
- ✓Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- ✓Understanding of technical skills (JavaScript, Python, AI/ML, blockchain, etc.) and ability to assess resumes
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level required)
- ✓Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
