About the Role
We are seeking an IT Consultant to support our managed services practice. This role requires a highly experienced IT professional who will serve as a technical escalation point and lead complex client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide on-site and remote technical consulting and advanced IT support for managed services clients
- →Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex technical issues and projects
- →Diagnose and resolve issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user systems
- →Implement, manage, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network environments
- →Lead technical projects and guide junior engineers as needed
- →Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, security, and scalability
- →Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and recommend improvements
- →Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service delivery
- →Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in IT support or systems engineering
- ✓5 years in leadership roles
- ✓Prior experience in a senior, lead, or escalation role strongly preferred
- ✓Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience a plus
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- ✓Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- ✓Ability to work independently in client environments and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Relevant technical certifications are a plus
- ✓Clean background and driving record; reliable personal transportation required
