Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end delivery of highly complex projects, project portfolio, or a programme of work within Group Functions
- →Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- →Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas
- →Drive adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- →Facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment
- →Monitor progress and report on key milestones and risks
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
