About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join Legora and help scale our product operations. This role involves connecting teams across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions to ensure smooth product launches and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product operations at scale by defining processes, rituals, and tooling that keep teams aligned
- →Act as the connective tissue between teams, identifying misalignment and driving resolution
- →Coordinate complex, multi-track product launches and manage timelines and dependencies
- →Leverage AI tools and analytics to uncover insights and automate workflows
- →Synthesize data and feedback into clear narratives that shape product strategy
- →Design and improve processes for release management, incident handling, and feedback loops
- →Manage high-severity incidents and escalations, advocating for tech-debt reduction
Requirements
- ✓2–6 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Data, or similar fields
- ✓Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment
- ✓Comfort working with data and AI-powered tools, with experience in SQL and analytics platforms
- ✓A builder’s mindset with experience designing and improving processes
- ✓Clear, confident communication skills to turn messy inputs into structured plans
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast with a bias for action
