About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to join LemFi, a financial app for the Global South. This role will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Travel across the UK to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LemFi as a brand ambassador
- →Build and expand LemFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations
- →Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Chinese ex-pat communities in the UK
- →Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi
- →Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to accelerate user growth
- →Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- →Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi, consistently representing the company’s mission, values, and voice
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in growth, sales, or marketing
- ✓Deep understanding of the Chinese community in the United Kingdom
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- ✓Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote working environment
- ✓Entrepreneurial & Tenacious: You take ownership, push through obstacles, and find ways to win
