About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst with 2+ years of data analytics experience to support our rapidly evolving, multi-product digital platform. This high-impact role will involve uncovering, measuring, and communicating insights from data that directly shape product strategy and accelerate the growth of our new product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- βBecome the dedicated data expert for a specific product, deeply understanding user behavior, engagement funnels, and conversion drivers
- βDevelop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- βConduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle patterns
- βOwn the end-to-end A/B testing process, including experimental design, execution, analysis, and recommendations
- βChallenge assumptions and provide data-driven perspectives that shape strategic discussions
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-led or high-growth tech environment
- βHigh proficiency in SQL and strong command of one or more analytics tools or statistical packages
- βHands-on experience with DBT and familiarity with data modeling best practices
- βSkilled in experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, causal inference)
- βExperience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure
- βDemonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported insights
- βExcellent communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
