β’ Develop and manage a comprehensive certification program for our customers, including defining certification levels, requirements, and learning pathways.
β’ Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify key competencies and knowledge areas for certification, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

β’ Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Proven negotiation and contract management skills to support renewals, pricing discussions, and mutually beneficial agreements.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to quickly address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
β’ Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage account activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate client records.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ Manage and maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
β’ Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
β’ Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account updates, and sales activity using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews to track performance and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
