About the Role
We are seeking an SMB Outbound Revenue Manager to join Lexroom.ai, an innovative AI company revolutionizing the legal industry. This role involves leading and coaching full-cycle AEs, building outbound operating systems, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own SMB outbound revenue targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, and forecast accuracy
- →Lead and coach full-cycle AEs through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching
- →Build the outbound operating system with ICP segmentation and multi-channel outreach
- →Recruit, onboard, and ramp AEs with clear milestones
- →Manage performance with clear expectations and weekly rhythms
- →Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams
- →Ensure CRM hygiene and consistent reporting
Requirements
- ✓Proven SMB outbound sales leadership in B2B SaaS
- ✓Hands-on outbound expertise in running sequences and cold calling
- ✓Coaching mindset with structured performance diagnosis
- ✓Metrics-driven operator fluent in funnel math and forecasting
- ✓Tool fluency in CRM, sequencing/automation tools, and Sales Navigator
