About the Role
The Creative Strategies Project Manager plays a vital role in managing projects for the team at Life.Church, focusing on setting timelines and deliverables while coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project success. This position also tracks key metrics to ensure goals are achieved and maintains ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure accurate budget and timeline estimates are created for projects and communicate expectations to all stakeholders
- →Manage stakeholders' expectations while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines
- →Schedule and attend team briefs, debriefs, brainstorming sessions, and script readings
- →Maintain strong contracts or relationships, ensuring proper communication
- →Ensure proper organization and scheduling of new tasks, project timelines, and updates in Workfront
- →Evaluate the project management process to make improvements for future projects
- →Track and evaluate key metrics for teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- →Collaborate with teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- ✓Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships
- ✓Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems
- ✓Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies
- ✓Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
- ✓Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others
- ✓Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution
- ✓High School Diploma or GED
- ✓1-3 years of related work experience
