About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive for Independent Hotels for the French market to join our dynamic team at Lighthouse. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by selling Lighthouse’s Indy product suite to independent hotels.

Key Responsibilities

→Actively seek and develop new business opportunities within the independent hotel market.
→Manage outbound sales activities for a designated portfolio of independent hotels.
→Sell the Lighthouse Indy product suite, including Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, and Booking Engine.
→Identify customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to drive adoption of Lighthouse products.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hotel clients.
→Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
→Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
→Collaborate with the SDR team to identify and develop opportunities within the assigned territory.
→Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand Lighthouse’s presence in the market.
→Keep track of sales activities in our CRM system and meet or exceed KPI targets.
→Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and optimize sales strategies.
→Provide client feedback to the Product Development team to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

✓Proven experience in a full sales cycle role.
✓Exceptional command of the English & French language is essential for this role.
✓Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
✓Strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology needs.
✓Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
✓Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✓Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
✓Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
✓You are AI curious and performance obsessed. You actively explore how automation, generative AI and data driven insights can improve coaching, forecasting and deal execution. You see AI as a lever to optimize results, not as a trend.
