About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Lighthouse. This role focuses on defining and executing sales strategies in key accounts to enhance brand equity and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy in key accounts that aligns with business objectives
- →Leverage industry relationships to develop strategic partnerships within key accounts
- →Create a coordinated sales strategy for key accounts that aligns across sales, marketing, account management, and product management
- →Maintain detailed account plans across key accounts that are regularly updated and reviewed with stakeholders
- →Work closely with leadership and account management to build enterprise opportunities
- →Build pipeline that consistently delivers revenue
- →Effectively qualify opportunities to maximize revenue margin and LTV
- →Develop KPIs to measure performance of Enterprise Sales function
- →Ensure post-deal implementation is well executed and customer satisfaction is high
- →Provide SME support for marketing and client events
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing
- ✓5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, business development manager, or related role in hospitality technology sector
- ✓Progressive experience including 5 years in new business development with C-Level relationships
- ✓5+ years experience using SaaS and DaaS delivery models
- ✓4+ years experience applying enterprise deal management practices
- ✓2+ years experience using Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite
