About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join Lightricks, an AI-first company creating next-generation content creation technology. You will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our LTX generative video model and AI capabilities through user research.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and execute research using various methods including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- →Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify research opportunities
- →Conduct both generative and evaluative research to understand user needs and workflows with AI
- →Translate research findings into actionable insights that shape product direction
- →Communicate insights through storytelling, visuals, and presentations
- →Advocate for incorporating research findings into products
- →Foster a culture of curiosity and research democratization
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in UX Research with a strong background in B2B user research
- ✓Proven track record of research findings impacting change
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-related field
- ✓Experience using varied research methods
- ✓Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Natural curiosity and interest in understanding how people think and work
