About the Role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive to join our team at Lightspeed. This role focuses on driving sales and acquiring new business customers in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

→Find new customers by actively searching for potential leads and scheduling product demos.
→Advise customers on their needs and demonstrate the appropriate Lightspeed solutions.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from initial contact through to post-sale.
→Negotiate terms and close deals.
→Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
→Meet clear monthly and annual sales targets.
→Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our system.

Requirements

✓At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a role with direct customer contact.
✓Experience in IT, software, e-commerce, or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
✓Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
✓Comfortable with cold calling and proactive lead generation.
✓Ability to remain calm under pressure.
✓Strong organizational and time management skills.
✓Persistent and resilient in the face of rejection.
✓Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills.
✓Team player attitude.
