About the Role
The Inside Sales Solutions Digitales is responsible for remote commercial development in the assigned geographical area. They handle prospecting, qualification, presenting solutions, and managing the sales cycle until signing, in collaboration with field and pre-sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement the sales strategy on the assigned territory.
- →Manage the complete sales cycle in inside sales mode: qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, closing.
- →Identify customer needs and support them in their digitalization projects.
- →Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers via phone, video, and email.
- →Actively prospect high-potential accounts (outbound).
- →Exploit incoming leads provided by marketing (inbound).
- →Understand customer business issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- →Promote and sell Quadient's digital offering (products and services).
- →Work closely with pre-sales consultants to secure complex projects.
- →Coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- →Use marketing tools effectively (campaigns, webinars, content).
- →Achieve set sales objectives (revenue, pipeline, activity).
- →Represent the company professionally and project a positive image.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce or equivalent.
- ✓Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
- ✓Knowledge of document management environments, HR dematerialization, and/or AP/AR processes.
- ✓Mastery of SaaS solutions and cloud environments.
- ✓Understanding of document workflows and financial processes.
- ✓Mastery of B2B sales techniques and consultative approaches.
- ✓Ability to negotiate with high-level stakeholders (C-Level).
- ✓Results orientation and business sense.
- ✓Proficiency with CRM and Pack Office.
- ✓Commercial leadership.
- ✓Excellent relational and communication skills.
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
- ✓Ability to convince and create value.
- ✓Professional English level preferred.
