We are seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead two high-impact teams in Enterprise AI at LinkedIn. This newly created role involves managing teams focused on key customer-facing products and aligning with top engineering initiatives for 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and grow talent: Attract, mentor, and develop a diverse and high-performing team of applied scientists and engineers.
- →Define clear direction: Translate product and business needs into a focused technical roadmap.
- →Advance LLM and matching systems: Guide the team in developing and improving hybrid retrieval systems and domain-tuned LLM applications.
- →Ensure scalability and efficiency: Partner with infra and platform teams to optimize retrieval and serving efficiency.
