About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Loopio. This role focuses on building scalable, high-impact solutions and collaborating across disciplines to deliver cutting-edge features for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and rapidly build end-to-end features from scratch for Loopio’s web platform
→Proactively build technology to prevent bugs
→Interact with and gather detailed feedback from customers
→Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers in an agile environment
→Mentor and coach others, providing technical guidance
→Contribute to Loopio’s AI roadmap by evaluating third-party models and defining technical guidelines
→Lead technical design discussions and facilitate technical decision making

Requirements

✓5+ years of professional software development experience
✓Proven track record of designing and delivering complex software systems at scale
✓Strong experience in backend/API background of either PHP, Python or Java
✓Experience in frontend development, with a solid understanding of React and JavaScript
✓Strong understanding of database design and RDBMS such as MySQL
✓Proficient in using and designing RESTful APIs
✓Exposure to AI technologies, particularly around LLMs
✓Comfortable guiding technical design discussions and facilitating technical decision making
