About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Intern to join our team at Lucid Software. This role involves helping users understand and use our products while contributing to product improvements through user data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems
- →Develop and maintain technical product expertise
- →Identify and monitor key user operational metrics
- →Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other teams
- →Assist in writing clear Help Center and user education content
- →Engage with users in the Lucid Community
- →Process customer requests for cancellation and refunds
- →Resolve customer concerns related to billing
- →Research accounts and disputes activity
- →Communicate effectively with customers
Requirements
- ✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- ✓Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple content
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
- ✓Bias towards finding solutions
- ✓This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Raleigh office two days per week.
