We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the launching, managing, and scaling of key partnerships for Lyft in support of our Rideshare line of business. These partnerships spread across a number of verticals and product areas with a focus on Lyft’s Riders through our Travel, Pay, and Rewards partners. Reporting to the Director of Rideshare Business Development, you will be on a team that accelerates growth and drives revenue for the largest line of business. You are passionate about consumer technology, operational efficiencies, and are a great problem solver. As a Partnerships Operations Manager you will need to be comfortable and enjoy working with a wide range of cross functional teams: finance, accounting, business development, and customer service. You will develop, evaluate, and improve processes and tools in order to improve day-to-day operations and efficiencies for our business development team. We are looking for individuals who love solving interesting problems, are highly adaptable, and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Gain a deep understanding of each of our partnerships in order to represent them across Lyft • Ensure Lyft’s support teams have the appropriate content to support customer concerns • Work with finance to set up POs and maintain them over the course of the year • Lead monthly invoice management and support the team in looking into any discrepancies in partnership with accounting • Work with our business analytics team to automate monthly reporting for partners and create an operational framework for consistency • Help organize and track annual goals for each partnerships • Own ad-hoc projects end-to-end and ensure they’re completed • Familiarize yourself with partner performance and data and create ways for the team access, retrieve, and share key metrics Experience: • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of experience in operations, sales management, or a related function, with a proven ability to manage processes, support cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Exhibits outstanding attention to detail • Excels at multitasking and thrives under pressure • Demonstrates critical and strategic thinking abilities • Consistently self-motivated and proactive • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven solutions, enabling top-tier recommendations for sales teams and clients • Proficient in Google Sheets and related tools for creating trackers and internal workbooks • Adept at leading projects with minimal direction or oversight • Must demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology and have strong analytical skills and a deep interest in data-driven solutions to provide the best recommendations for our sales teams and clients Benefits: • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled • Mental health benefits • Family building benefits • Child care and pet benefits • 401(k) plan to help save for your future • In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off • 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $88,000 - $110,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
