About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking an Insights Analyst who will be a high-impact, customer-facing analyst responsible for transforming complex performance data into compelling, actionable narratives for our customers. This role is key to validating Lyra's value and supporting the Customer Success team with data excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner directly with Account Management, Customer Development & Product teams to deliver tailored narratives that articulate Lyra’s value
- →Serve as a consultative partner to Customer's internal analytical and benefits teams
- →Build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and templates for large accounts
- →Analyze customer data to identify emerging trends and connect findings to Lyra’s product capabilities
- →Work with the Data Operations team to ensure data models are reliable and accurate
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in an analytical role with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities
- ✓Advanced-level proficiency in data visualization, business intelligence tools, and SQL
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form recommendations
- ✓Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering with non-technical business users
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics)
