About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer In Test to join Lyrebird Health. This role involves designing and automating tests across web, API, and AI-driven features, owning the testing stack, and ensuring high-velocity delivery of updates to thousands of users. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to define acceptance criteria, spot risks early, and build scalable automated quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the test engineering strategy across the product
- →Design and maintain automated test suites
- →Build and enhance test automation frameworks and tooling
- →Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines
- →Define test plans and acceptance criteria
- →Work with engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs early
- →Monitor and improve test coverage, speed, and reliability
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in software testing or test automation
- ✓Expertise with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Jest
- ✓Experience testing APIs
- ✓Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Familiarity with one or many programming languages and the ability to write automation code
- ✓Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
