About the Role

The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Revenue Leadership at Magnet Forensics, driving data-informed decisions and operational excellence. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics, scalable reporting, and AI-driven initiatives that enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Champion data-driven decision-making by delivering timely, reliable insights and scalable analytics solutions for the CRO organization.
→Consolidate and manage data from multiple systems to enable comprehensive revenue performance analysis across the customer lifecycle.
→Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that inform strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
→Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and analysis, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
→Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to ensure visibility into performance metrics.
→Define and track key metrics aligned with CRO priorities as part of the Magnet Analytics program.
→Recommend and implement improvements to data infrastructure, reporting processes, and RevOps systems to maintain high data quality and accessibility.
→Partner with Regional RevOps Managers and Sales leaders to deliver customized insights and reporting that drive strategic initiatives.
→Explore and lead AI-driven experiments to enhance forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales cycle management, introducing efficiencies and time-saving solutions.

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Business (MBA, Accounting, or Finance designation is considered an asset)
✓Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, within high-growth tech companies
✓Strong people leader, with an ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
✓Experienced in designing and implementing business plans, reporting and measurement and analysis
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities
✓Strong in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✓Experience with Salesforce.com
