About the Role
We are looking for an Early Talent Program Manager to join MaintainX, the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform. This role will own, build, and scale the company’s early talent strategy, focusing on internships, early-career hiring, mentorship programs, and talent branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, launch, and continuously evolve MaintainX’s early talent programs, including internships and early-career initiatives
- →Partner with Hiring Managers across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Corporate functions to define early-talent workforce planning
- →Own early talent recruiting operations end to end, including outreach strategy, candidate experience design, and onboarding
- →Build structured, high-impact early talent experiences, including onboarding frameworks and mentorship programs
- →Lead program operations and logistics across the full lifecycle
- →Measure and communicate program impact, tracking performance, engagement, conversion rates, and retention
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or early talent programs, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex, company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring managers across technical, commercial, and corporate teams
- ✓Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Passion for developing early-career talent and building inclusive internship programs
- ✓Comfortable working autonomously while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
