About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Tinder’s France & Benelux team. You will play a key role in launching bold, culture-first marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience in France.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies for the French market
→Lead social media initiatives, creating community-first content and leveraging trends
→Develop and execute 360° brand campaigns that push Tinder’s narrative forward
→Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Media, Legal, and agency teams
→Work with Consumer Insights and Analytics to analyze campaign performance
→Generate innovative ideas for social-first concepts and experiential activations
→Support the operational roll-out of local events and brand experiences
→Build brand partnerships across culture, lifestyle, and entertainment
→Stay informed on Gen Z culture and integrate insights into projects
→Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
→Manage project timelines, budgets, and priorities

Requirements

✓Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
✓Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management
✓Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
✓Experience with influencer marketing
✓Deep understanding of youth and pop culture, especially the 18–25 scene in France
✓Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
✓Strong storytelling and project-management skills
✓Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
