Affinity is a division of Match Group that builds and scales some of our fastest-growing dating and social products. Every month, millions of users come to Affinity apps like BLK, Chispa, Yuzu, Upward, and Salams to form meaningful connections rooted in shared community and values.
Weβre looking for a Product Manager to help drive growth across our Affinity portfolio, with a strong focus on improving growth through experimentation, iteration, and close cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a PM who loves digging into funnels, learning from data, and shipping impactful improvements quickly.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas, TX office 3 days/week.
How youβll make an impact:
β’ Drive Growth Outcomes: Youβll help own and move a key growth metric (e.g. activation, engagement, retention, or conversion) by identifying opportunities in the user journey, forming hypotheses, and testing solutions through rapid experimentation.
β’ Execution & Experimentation: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and User Research to scope, ship, and iterate on growth initiatives. Youβll run experiments end-to-end, from defining success metrics, to analyzing results and applying learnings.
β’ Product Planning & Prioritization: Contribute to the product roadmap by helping prioritize high-impact initiatives based on data, user insights, and business goals. Youβll balance short-term wins with longer-term bets, always with a clear view of expected impact.
β’ Data-Informed Decision Making: Work closely with Analytics to monitor performance, understand tradeoffs, and inform decisions. Youβre comfortable diving into dashboards, asking the right questions, and using insights to refine direction.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partners across Design, Engineering, Marketing, User Research, and Trust & Safety to ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with Affinityβs broader goals.
We could be a match if:
β’ You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a consumer or growth-oriented product environment.
β’ Youβve worked on growth, engagement, or funnel optimization problems, and are excited by moving metrics through iteration and experimentation.
β’ Youβre comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses and learning quickly from results.
β’ You can prioritize effectively, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities rather than spreading yourself too thin.
β’ You communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional partners and are able to align teams around shared goals.
β’ You enjoy being hands-on (writing product requirements, partnering closely with engineers and designers, and seeing work through to launch and iteration.)
