About the Role
We are looking for a Middle Game Designer who lives and breathes mobile gaming. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring our projects are balanced, engaging, and optimized for success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conceptualize and flesh out game ideas based on specific themes or market trends
- →Create, maintain, and evolve the Game Design Document (GDD) for the team
- →Design core gameplay loops, meta-gameplay systems, and mechanics that keep players engaged
- →Balance gameplay difficulty and fine-tune the in-game economy
- →Translate creative vision into actionable technical specifications for programmers and artists
- →Oversee the development process from initial prototype through to post-launch analysis
Requirements
- ✓1.5+ years of experience in a Game Designer role within the Mobile Games sector
- ✓Deep gaming intuition and understanding of current trends
- ✓Ability to ideate quickly and pivot creative concepts under tight deadlines
- ✓Exceptional multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining focus on details
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical team members
