About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on generating new leads and building pipeline through targeted demand generation campaigns. You will be hands-on executing marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows, while working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas
- →Plan, build, promote, and report on 1–2 webinars per month, from start to finish
- →Create and optimize emails, landing pages, and campaign assets to capture and nurture leads
- →Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems
- →Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
- →Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies
- →Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams
- →Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and alignment with sales teams
- →Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed
Requirements
- ✓Experience in B2B marketing for U.S.-based companies
- ✓Strong understanding of demand generation and ABM strategies
- ✓Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- ✓Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
