About the Role
Merlin Labs is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and providing a high-touch experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- →Manage interview logistics including calendar coordination and virtual meeting setup
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting
- →Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- →Prepare interview materials and agendas
- →Support offer-stage coordination
- →Track interview activity and recruiting workflow status
- →Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes
- →Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
Requirements
- ✓1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role
- ✓Strong experience managing complex calendars and coordinating interviews
- ✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ✓Comfort working independently in a contract role
- ✓Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
- ✓Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
