About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Minders, a Martech and Growth consulting firm. This role will serve as the technical/functional reference within the team, supporting Customer Success and Sales teams, and working directly with clients and prospects across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the technical implementation process for tools like Amplitude and Braze, ensuring successful integration into clients' web platforms and apps.
- →Provide technical/functional support to internal teams, prospects, and clients, serving as the point of reference in software architecture and design for tools like Amplitude and Braze.
- →Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams, maintaining continuous contact with clients and prospects in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- ✓Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (required).
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation and/or development (required).
- ✓Knowledge of software architectures (SOA, microservices, client-server, etc.).
- ✓Proficiency in design patterns and data structures (SQL DBs, NoSQL DBs, ETLs, Data Pipes, Event Streaming).
