About the Role
Mindtickle is seeking a Product Designer to work on the next generation of sales enablement solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design intuitive, AI-powered tools and experiences that empower sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design intuitive, AI-powered sales enablement tools and experiences
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best-in-class user experiences
- →Partner with the research team to discover user needs and validate design solutions
- →Deliver high-quality design consistently and be an expert in feedback processes
- →Apply core visual design principles to create compelling interfaces
- →Evangelize design best practices and articulate design decisions
- →Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas
- →Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
- ✓Strong portfolio featuring product design work
- ✓4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS)
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- ✓Proficient in user-centered design processes
- ✓Skilled in high-fidelity pixel-perfect UI and interaction design in Figma
- ✓Experience thinking strategically about product vision
- ✓Strong understanding of design processes and development cycle
- ✓Knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript fundamentals
- ✓Background in designing AI-first interfaces (preferred)
- ✓A link to your portfolio is mandatory
