About the Role
Mobileye is seeking an Execution Program Manager to lead planning and execution for their AV Program Product Line & Driving Functions group. This role involves overseeing development progress and ensuring the group meets its strategic and technical goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and manage execution across multiple development teams
- →Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work
- →Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs
- →Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity
- →Help identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers
- →Facilitate cross-team execution reviews using dashboards and reports
- →Engage hands-on with development artifacts to support execution tracking
Requirements
- ✓BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- ✓3–5 years of experience in program or product management with hands-on development experience
- ✓Ability to read, understand, and run code and scripts
- ✓Familiarity with development, CI/CD, testing, and data/ML tools
- ✓Experience with deep learning development processes
- ✓Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
