About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Mobileye's team, focusing on managing vision-based products for autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) for global automotive companies. This role involves technical product management and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a technical product manager for AV and ADAS perception products using Mobileye's vision technologies
- →Define and manage Mobileye's core product requirements
- →Work with internal development and project teams to define the product roadmap according to Mobileye's strategy
- →Facilitate development processes across many internal interfaces
- →Lead KPIs definition and reviews
- →Actively help improve development processes across different departments
- →Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- →Lead and facilitate internal product design discussions with technology managers
- →Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including workshops, test drives, and functional tuning
Requirements
- ✓B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- ✓M.Sc. or MBA is an advantage
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in managing B2B or backend products or programs
- ✓Experience in development
- ✓Proven experience in customer-facing positions
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
- ✓Excellent communication and management skills
- ✓Fluent in English and Hebrew
- ✓Past development management role is an advantage
