About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Activation Squad at Modulr, the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement. This role focuses on owning the SME onboarding journey and improving activation metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own activation KPIs including onboarding completion, first transaction rate and early engagement
- →Run continuous customer discovery and analyse data to identify friction and prioritise high-impact improvements
- →Define hypotheses and run experiments to improve conversion and time-to-value
- →Partner with engineering to define high-quality epic and user story definitions
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product improvements end-to-end
- →Help shape the longer-term product and activation strategy
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a product manager, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS or payments
- ✓Experience improving onboarding, activation or conversion metrics using data and experimentation
- ✓Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product analytics tools
- ✓Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- ✓A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference
