About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead MoeGo’s onboarding function and develop a high-performing team of Onboarding Specialists. This role is responsible for driving customer outcomes through effective onboarding processes and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop the onboarding team, creating a supportive and accountable culture.
- →Build a scalable onboarding system with playbooks, templates, and milestones.
- →Own onboarding outcomes and use data to improve them.
- →Handle escalations with calm judgment and strong leadership.
- →Advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback.
- →Communicate clearly with leadership about onboarding performance.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- ✓1+ years of people leadership experience.
- ✓Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to run difficult conversations.
- ✓Data fluency and systems mindset.
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- ✓Schedule flexibility for weekly evening collaboration with China-based team.
