About the Role
MoeGo is seeking a Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team. This role involves helping customers use the MoeGo platform by providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage customer support requests across ticketing systems, live chat, and phone
- →Troubleshoot and resolve common to moderately complex product issues
- →Provide clear and professional communication tailored to each customer
- →Meet support performance metrics including response time and CSAT
- →Prioritize and manage a high volume of tickets while maintaining quality
- →Document resolutions thoroughly with proper categorization
- →Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- →Create or update knowledge base articles
- →Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- →Support newer team members by sharing knowledge
Requirements
- ✓1–3+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- ✓Experience with ticketing systems and/or live chat
- ✓Typing speed of 80 WPM or higher
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- ✓Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability
