About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven EMEA Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute co-marketing efforts with key partners, including Cloud Service Providers AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role is pivotal in driving the successful planning and execution of pan-EMEA campaigns while cascading marketing strategy and best practices to local teams across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute EMEA partner marketing plans that align with MongoDB’s go-to-market objectives
→Build and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with global teams to generate leads and accelerate pipeline
→Create and deliver compelling enablement materials to educate partners on MongoDB’s offerings
→Work with regional marketing teams to incorporate partner participation in local events
→Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and partner marketing performance
→Manage MDF and co-marketing budget request process across EMEA
→Collaborate with partner sales, global partner marketing, and product marketing teams
→Develop localized and partner-specific assets, including case studies and solution briefs

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
✓Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem, with experience managing marketing programs with cloud providers
✓Demonstrated ability to drive joint go-to-market initiatives that result in pipeline and revenue growth
✓Skilled in campaign management, digital marketing, event planning, and partner communications
✓Strong understanding of MDF and funding claim processes
✓Ability to map MongoDB’s broader marketing and revenue goals to partnership strategy
✓Excellent project management and organizational skills
✓Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and partner portals
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✓Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
