About the Role
The Relationship Account Management (RAM) team at MongoDB is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive long-term partnerships with mature customers in the Asia Pacific region. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, leveraging the MongoDB ecosystem to drive expansion and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their internal processes and corporate strategy
- →Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture relationships within accounts to expand stakeholder footprint
- →Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities, executing MongoDB's sales process
- →Execute territory management and activity expectations, including account prioritization and strategic planning
- →Own and deliver an accurate forecast of business performance
- →Leverage data signals and outreach to address potential risks in your portfolio
- →Partner with MongoDB executives and product managers to achieve positive customer outcomes
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years in quota-carrying Sales or Account Management roles
- ✓Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- ✓Ability to execute on activity and pipeline expectations
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Background in driving value and growth with customers via virtual meetings
- ✓Ability to articulate the value of complex enterprise technology
- ✓Aptitude for learning about technical concepts
