About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager to join our team at Wolt. This role focuses on building strong relationships with restaurant partners and ensuring their success in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage your own restaurant portfolio
- →Analyze portfolio performance and conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks
- →Contact restaurant partners via phone
- →Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance
- →Build strong customer relationships through regular communication
- →Report on account status
- →Introduce new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in German, conversational in English
- ✓2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Project Management, Customer Support, Consulting, or Marketing
- ✓Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience
- ✓Understanding of sales principles and ability to provide an excellent partner experience
- ✓Good time management skills with a problem-solving approach
- ✓High sense of responsibility and proactivity
- ✓Knowledge or prior experience with analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) or data-driven decision-making
- ✓Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
