About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our growing Gurugram Products & Technology team at MongoDB. This role involves devising, implementing, and improving processes to help MongoDB engineers build and deliver a new platform for AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with research, product management, product engineering, and product design teams to define the first version and future evolution of the service
- →Communicate and facilitate resolution of potential issues
- →Act as a steward for tools that power engineering operations
- →Track and ensure success of engineering deliverables and release tasks
- →Continually improve processes to ensure more efficient releases
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience in an Engineering organization with high-scale cloud or multi-cloud software projects
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- ✓Ability to maintain a strategic view of software engineering processes
- ✓Skilled at communicating with diverse teams
- ✓Hyper-organized and capable of managing data across Core Engineering
- ✓Knowledgeable in agile/Scrum best practices
- ✓Experience in delivering complex cross-functional projects
- ✓Able to appreciate engineering concepts and facilitate discussions
- ✓Experienced in gathering process pain points and devising improvements
- ✓Trained in project tracking software
- ✓Interested in business automation work
- ✓Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
- ✓Eager to learn with a strong technical background
