Requirements
- ✓3+ years of HR experience with success in HR advisory or HRBP role
- ✓Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
- ✓Ability to support change, improve engagement, and deliver HR solutions
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency in HR systems like Workday
- ✓Fluent in both Dutch and English
