About the Role
Moss is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their commercial team. This role involves defining and executing commercial strategy and operational tactics for outbound and inbound pipeline generation. You will have access to Moss' leadership teams and play a key role in shaping the company's commercial vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement xDR operations strategy, working closely with RevOps teams
- →Analyze pipeline and sales data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- →Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes and drive operational improvements
- →Partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
- →Manage regular and ad-hoc business performance reports and presentations
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations role, with a focus on sales process excellence in a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Robust data analytics skills, with knowledge of SQL and Metabase
- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and other commercial tools in the xDR space
- ✓Fluency in English (C1)
