About the Role

The Paid Media Solutions Lead combines technical media expertise and client-facing strategy in developing and executing Ad sales solutions that blend paid media and branded content across MrBeast’s ecosystem, including YouTube, social platforms, and owned-and-operated channels.

Key Responsibilities

→Be a paid media engineer: Handle trafficking, tagging, and delivery using tools like Google Ad Manager (GAM), YouTube Analytics, and other measurement tools
→Mix tech and strategy: Create ad solutions for clients by trying out new ways to make campaigns better
→Team player: Work with sales, partner solutions, and platform teams to get workflows and quality checks in place
→Optimize everything: Ensure all campaigns perform their best for viewability, completion, and other client goals

Requirements

✓Experience: 5+ years in media strategy, digital ad ops, or performance marketing, ideally at a publisher or media agency
✓Comfort with tools: Familiar with GAM, DV360, YouTube Ads, and ideally TikTok/Meta ad platforms
✓Cross-functional champ: Ability to work with creative, sales, and production teams
✓Measurement pro: Knowledge of full-funnel measurement tools (brand lift, attribution, pixel tracking, etc.)
