About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in both backend and frontend technologies to join our team. This role involves working with healthcare data standards and cloud-native architecture to design and implement scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs
- →Map decisions with requirements and translate them to developers
- →Identify and evaluate different solutions, selecting the best option that meets client requirements
- →Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation
- →Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design
- →Review architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, and user experience
- →Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- →Understand technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects
- →Resolve issues through systematic analysis of root causes
- →Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate design and technology choices
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of total experience
- ✓Hands-on experience in Python (Fast API) for backend development and API design
- ✓Strong front-end experience using React.js, including component design, state management, and micro-frontend architecture
- ✓Experience working with healthcare data standards, especially HL7 FHIR resources and profiles
- ✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling, transformations, performance tuning, and governance
- ✓Experience working with AWS cloud services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch
- ✓Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and observability
- ✓Solid experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation
- ✓Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization
- ✓Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
