About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. This role focuses on translating user needs into functional specifications and coordinating testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather, understand, analyze and translate Front Office user needs in detailed functional specifications
- →Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with development teams
- →Develop and build test cases and manage functional tests, focusing on impact on PV and Risks
- →Create automized non-regression tests with developers and release managers
- →Conduct user acceptance testing and qualification tests
- →Estimate workload required for development and testing
- →Coordinate production deployment steps
- →Contribute to 3rd level support, including system analysis and incident resolution
- →Maintain documentation for all developments using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools
- →Learn about Summit Software and the IT system
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of business processes and integration concepts
- ✓Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
- ✓Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
