Product Designer at Loadsmart

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our Product Design team at Loadsmart, a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design thoughtful, scalable B2B SaaS experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the end-to-end product design process for a squad or defined initiatives, from discovery through delivery
• →Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences
• →Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with product and business goals
• →Apply design best practices to create intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences
• →Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform design decisions and evaluate outcomes
• →Clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders
• →Contribute to and help maintain the Loadsmart Design System by using existing components and suggesting improvements
• →Participate actively in design critiques and team rituals.
