Key Responsibilities
- →Source and screen top Technology Talent using LinkedIn, Seek, databases, and next-gen AI recruitment tools
- →Turn data into insights by designing, developing, and automating dashboards and reports that track hiring performance
- →Be the face of NCS at career fairs, campus roadshows, and networking events
- →Support impactful projects across Talent Acquisition, from innovation pilots to process improvements
