About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to help scale one of Neighbor’s most important local growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and involves setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create, publish, and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
- →Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details
- →Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, copy, categories, attributes, etc.)
- →Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
- →Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report learnings to the Growth team
Requirements
- ✓Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
- ✓Must be available to work full time throughout the summer in Lehi, UT
- ✓Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- ✓Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
- ✓Ability to follow a process while also spotting ways to improve it
- ✓Comfort communicating with hosts via phone, email, and text
- ✓Strong organization skills and ability to manage a high volume of work
- ✓Ability to work independently and stay consistent in a fast-paced environment
