About the Role
We are looking for an IT Onboarding Manager to join Netcompany. This role focuses on driving the successful adoption of digital and IT solutions across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead customer relationship management initiatives to drive successful adoption of digital and IT solutions
- βDevelop and maintain stakeholder maps and onboarding frameworks for tailored engagement
- βDesign, monitor, and report on adoption dashboards, KPIs, and progress metrics
- βOversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for multiple stakeholder types
- βProactively identify stakeholder needs and required services
- βDevelop and execute communication strategies that translate onboarding objectives into actionable plans
